Established in 2024 in response to the increasing complexity of QCTO and SETA requirements, AccrediPro was created to bridge the gap between regulatory frameworks and effective implementation, ensuring that Skills Development Providers (SDPs), regardless of size, are not only compliant but confident, capable, and verification-ready.

From its inception, AccrediPro positioned itself as the"Skills Development Providers' Provider", offering specialised accreditation support, Quality Management System (QMS) development, learning material design & development, Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, assessment and moderation services, implementation support, and compliance guidance to SDPs across South Africa. Through this unique positioning, AccrediPro enables providers to focus on delivering quality learning while benefiting from expert support, systems, resources, and industry expertise that strengthen their operational capacity and sustainability.

This vision is led by Gerbie Mir, who brings more than 20 years of experience in education and training management, implementation, leadership development, occupational qualification implementation, and educational consulting. Drawing on extensive practical experience in quality management systems, skills development legislation, accreditation, and occupational learning, Gerbie has supported Skills Development Providers and employers in navigating complex accreditation and compliance processes with clarity, structure, and integrity.

What began as a commitment to guide organisations through QCTO accreditation with professionalism and practical expertise has evolved into a trusted partner for providers, employers, and stakeholders seeking meaningful and sustainable skills development solutions. Under Gerbie's hands-on, people-centred leadership, AccrediPro assists clients in building compliant quality management systems, developing credible occupational learning programmes, strengthening implementation capacity, and aligning training initiatives with national skills priorities.

As part of its long-term growth strategy, AccrediPro is expanding its service offering beyond consulting and support functions. The organisation has embarked on a strategic journey to become a QCTO-accredited Assessment Centre and Skills Development Provider in Limpopo, creating much-needed regional access to credible and quality-assured external assessment services. This initiative will enable AccrediPro to serve not only its own learners but also partner Skills Development Providers, employers, and independent candidates, addressing the current shortage of accessible assessment facilities within the province.
