These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and learning services provided by AccrediPro (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). By registering, enrolling or otherwise using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccrediPro (Pty) Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site or enrolment in a Course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the total Course Fees you have paid in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AccrediPro (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AccrediPro (Pty) Ltd(“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality educational services. This Refund Policy applies to all fees paid for courses, workshops, exams and related learning services at our institution, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and the Department of Higher Education and Training guidelines.
1. Definitions
Course Fees: All tuition, registration, examination and materials fees payable for enrolment in a programme or short course.
Withdrawal: Your formal request to discontinue participation in a course or programme.
Cooling-Off Period: The first five (5) business days following enrolment during which you may cancel and receive a full refund.
2. Cooling-Off Period
You have a right to a full refund of all Course Fees if you withdraw in writing within five (5) business days of the date of enrolment, provided that no services have been rendered during that period.
3. Withdrawal After Cooling-Off Period
If you withdraw after the Cooling-Off Period but before the course start date, you may receive a partial refund as follows:
More than 14 days before start: 75% of Course Fees refunded.
7–14 days before start: 50% of Course Fees refunded.
Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but a credit voucher for 25% of Course Fees may be offered toward a future course, valid for 12 months.
Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your enrolment to another scheduled offering (subject to space and a R500 transfer fee).
4. Cancellation or Postponement by AccrediPro (Pty) Ltd
If we cancel a course prior to its start date, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to the next available offering.
If we postpone a course, you may either accept the new dates, transfer to a future session, or request a full refund.
5. Examination and Assessment Fees
Fees paid solely for examinations, assessments or certification are non-refundable once the exam has been scheduled and materials dispatched.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency), a one-time deferral without penalty may be granted; otherwise standard rules apply.
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit a written request to info@accredipro.co.za with your full name, student number, course title and reason for withdrawal.
Provide any required supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates).
Allow up to 10 business days for acknowledgment and processing of your request.
7. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
If the original method is unavailable, we may issue a bank-to-bank transfer (you will be asked to supply banking details).
8. Exceptions
Scholarships, bursaries or third-party sponsorships: Refunds follow the terms of the sponsoring agreement.
Digital learning materials accessed/downloaded: Non-refundable once course access has been granted.
9. Your Rights Under the CPA
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission if you believe your rights under the CPA have been infringed.
